TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

OUR PROCESS

We will arrive about 2 hours before the start of your event to set up and fire up the wood-fired oven. Salad will be set out first, if included in your chosen package. Pizzas will be cooked continuously and will come out at the rate of 5 pizzas every 10 minutes and served for the duration of our service. Service is buffet style.

 

BEER

Client purchases beer. We can provide suggestions on purchase, and for a fee, we can pick up your beer and bring it to the event.

 

THE TRUCK

Our 1948 international truck is 26 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 10 feet high. So we do require ample parking with a flat surface. We also avoid steep drives leading up to a location.

 

AVAILABILITY

Our availability is dynamic and in constant demand so we cannot guarantee that your desired date will still be available when you are ready to move forward. Your date will be reserved when the deposit and signed contract is received.

 

SUPPLIES

We provide biodegradable bamboo plates, napkins, disposable cup, and plastic cutlery. We don’t provide glassware, tables, and chairs.

 

PRICING

Package price reflects a base charge for groups of 40 people. Additional guests can be added at the stated per person rate for each package.

 

SERVICE DURATION

Service is 2-3 hours and additional charges apply if more time is required.

 

OTHER CHARGES

● Applicable taxes

● 18% gratuity

● Travel fee of $2 per mile

 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Upon approval of the service, menu and pricing, we require a non- refundable deposit of $300 to secure your event date. 50% is due 3 weeks before the event, and the remainder is due 1 week to the event.
